As part of our contribution to the INTERCEPT project, Corvers co-authored the second edition of the INTERCEPT Insights series, focused on the implementation and findings of the Open Market Consultation (OMC).
This publication outlines how the OMC process was strategically used to engage technology providers and end users across Europe in the context of Remote Vehicle Stopping (RVS) solutions for law enforcement. It highlights the legal foundations, methodology, and outcomes of the consultation—drawing on webinars, RFI responses, e-pitching sessions, and a major hybrid event in Warsaw.
The OMC provided valuable insights into market capabilities, technology readiness, and legal constraints, shaping the foundation for a potential cross-border Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP).
