Innovating Through Public Procurement: Scope, Rationale, and Methodology (INTERCEPT Insight #1)

As part of our contribution to the INTERCEPT project, Corvers co-authored the first edition of the INTERCEPT Insights series. This publication outlines the project’s scope and methodology, focusing on how innovation procurement—particularly Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP)—can support the development of effective vehicle-stopping technologies. 

In collaboration with PPHS, KEMEA, and DIGINNOV, the paper highlights the relevance of innovation procurement in addressing real security needs and provides early reflections on stakeholder engagement and best practices.
